Yummy Asian Beef Stir-Fry!

This was SO good!  It ended up being a TAD high in net carbs at 6 per serving because I used the veggies I had on hand.  Next time I will use broccoli!

    Brandon…getting ready to go to bed but just had to pop in to see what you have cooked next…

    I was thinking about you today and I was overwhelmed with JOY and THANKFULNESS that you have taken on this challenge. Losing weight isn’t for the faint of heart…we all know it’s hard work. Still, I came away feeling assured of your success because you are the smartest, strongest and most determined man (next to your Pops) I’ve ever known.

    Just wanted to encourage you to press on. YOU ARE AMAZING! YOU CAN DO THIS. You are going to feel so great and your already handsome face will be unrecognizable!
