This is what I had for dinner tonight. The “crust” is made out of pressed chicken and cheese. It ended up having the consistency of ground meet, which I DESPISE.

Hey son, I am so sorry the pizza did not tun out as well as you hoped. The sad thing is it looks so good!
I am so proud of you for doing this. I know you can get where you want to be. The blog is a great idea as well, it makes it more interesting and I would think, encouraging as well. Just let me know if you ever get discouraged and I will do whatever I can to help!
Just think of each 10 pounds as a big boss that needs to be killed and each of the 9 before it, little minions you need to kill to get to the boss!

Well…that’s the pits! All that work and you didn’t like it! But…I LOVE LOVE LOVE your attitude. You are a CHEF in the MAKING and you’ll figure out what works!
