This is a delicious New York strip I picked up the other day.
Pro steak tips:
Let come to room temp for 2 hours before cooking.
About 1.5 hours into that, coat on all sides in a spice mixture of choosing that contains salt.
For a steak this thick, I grilled it for about 3min a side for a decent medium. (pic is a lil bright so you can’t tell)

One of my favorite kinds of stir-fry to have is beef and broccoli. I some Asian sauces can use sugar, so I wanted to find a keto friendly version. Here is what I came up with and it tastes wonderful!
I also used this opportunity to try out my shirataki noodles, which believe it are not are 0 carb and almost 0 calorie! You can find out more about them here.
I split the recipe up into 4 servings, and each had 6 net carb (you can eliminate some by lowering the broccoli and using vinegar).

Recipe is after this jump!
This morning I made some delicious “pancakes”. They were sorta a cross between a pancake and a custard crepe, but so GOOD. I ate them with some sugar free syrup. I will definitely be making these again!
I doubled the recipe and made about 4 large “pancakes”. Each one had ~2 net carbs and 154 calories.

I found a recipe for a delicious low-carb pizza crust, so I thought I would give it a try to see if it fared better than my last one. I coupled that with some low-carb pizza sauce (walmart brand oddly enough) as well as some Italian cheese blend and canadian bacon. It ended up being one of the better pizzas I have ever had!

I made a little bit of spaghetti squash the other night. I found a super low-carb arrabiata sauce (think spicy marinara) and it ended up being DELICIOUS.

This was SO good! It ended up being a TAD high in net carbs at 6 per serving because I used the veggies I had on hand. Next time I will use broccoli!

These are so good! They taste almost exactly like regular muffins, and keto friendly to boot!

This is one of my TOP favorite things to get at Chinese buffets! I was thrilled when I found out it is keto friendly… 12 net carbs but it makes a big batch!
You can find the recipe here.
